The Indonesian Ministry of Health has reported a series of incidents in which children are injured by candy covered in liquid nitrogen, known as “dragon’s breath”.
The name comes from the large amount of smoke that emerges from the mouth and nose when eating, also making it a popular street food to post on social media such as TikTok.
