What happens when you get covid?

COVID-19. From early 2020, the world has drastically changed because of this virus, and as of today over 6.5 million people have died from this lethal disease and the economic halt caused by its rampancy has damaged society in all directions. A month ago, unfortunately, I fell victim to this disease, hence forcing me to quarantine for a week. I would like to share some experiences that I went throughout this week. My initial symptoms were light, including a light fever of 37.5celcius degrees, coughing, a runny nose, and a sore throat. My recovery was smooth as well, and I was back to my usual health within 3 days. During the week of solitude and boredom, I had the opportunity to focus solely on myself and my hobbies. Specifically, playing the guitar. Music has always been a big part of me, and with nothing else to do, I immersed greatly into playing rock/pop songs on my guitar. Now that I reflect on this, I realized that this week of free time was very important to me, as it allowed me to re-ignite my passion for music, and develop my guitar skills astronomically. Time is limited. It is often hard for us to find the time to reexamine ourselves and actively do what we want. Under those circumstances, I also came to conclude the significance of the clubrooms, as it promotes behaviour that allows students to use their time to find and grow their hobbies, socialize, and or use their creativity. It is a beautiful opportunity that everyone should experience, and it might be the trigger of finding new aspects about yourself, just like I did.
