I hosted two sessions last week about mobility service dogs. I had always wanted to spread accurate information about mobility service dogs using this platform since they are not getting the recognition they deserve in Japan:(
We watched videos and read a book about the topic, which I hope helped you understand mobility service dogs better. We also had quiz time, and I was very happy to see every student trying as much as they could to get all the questions right!!
The way I see it is that society needs to be more inclusive to people with disabilities and service dogs. I hope it comes true:)
I’m going to host similar sessions in August too, so stay tuned for the announcement🐶

先週私は介助犬セッションを2回ホストしました。介助犬は残念ながらまだ日本での認知度が低いので、介助犬について知ってもらうセッションをしたいと前から思っていました。
このトピックについて、ビデオをみたり、本を読みました。(介助犬について知るのに役立っていたらうれしいです！)
クイズの時間では、生徒のみなさんが全問正解しようと頑張っている様子を見て、私はとてもうれしかったです！！
私は、社会が障がい者の方々や介助犬を含む補助犬ユーザーの方々にとって、生活しやすい場所になってほしいなと考えています。それが実現してほしいな:)
8月にも似た内容でセッションをホストする予定なので、ぜひ日程が出るのを楽しみにしていてください🐶
