Hello readers! It’s been a while since I last wrote a blog, and I’m back;) Today I want to remind you that Monday bilingual story time session(8pm-) has just started this week! This session is mainly for students between 4 to 8 years old.
This time, we read a book called “Chester’s Way”. This book covered a lot of important lessons. The characters all had their own ways of doing things, and it was very interesting to see how they got along and basically became best friends! I was elated to see my students participate actively and answer questions in their own words. We also read the book in Japanese, and we will always do it in the session, so don’t worry about not getting the whole picture of the story in English! The Japanese version will help you understand better:)

こんにちは！前回私がブログを書いてからだいぶ経ってしまいました、お久しぶりです;)さて、月曜のバイリンガル読み聞かせセッション(20時～)が今週からスタートしました！このセッションは大体4～8歳の生徒さんたちを対象にしています。
今回のセッションでは、”Chester’s Way”という本を読みました。この本にはたくさんの学びがありました。登場するキャラクターたちにはこだわりがあり、そんな子たちが親友みたいに仲良くなっていく様子は読んでいておもしろかったと思います！生徒さんたちが積極的に参加して、質問に対して自分の言葉で答えてくれてとてもうれしかったです。日本語でも本を読みました。このセッションでは、いつも日本語訳も読むので、英語ではお話の全てがわからなかったとしても大丈夫です！日本語訳がお話の理解を深めてくれます:)
