On 31 October, Shanghai Disney Resort was suddenly locked down as part of China’s ongoing zero-Covid policy, leaving an uncertain number of guests trapped inside.
Guests will be able to leave if they provide a negative test result for the virus, but on the bright side, rides will continue to operate for those unable to leave.
This is the second time Shanghai Disney was suddenly shut. In November of 2021, 30,000 people were caught inside during an abrupt lockdown and ordered to be tested.

10月31日、上海ディズニーリゾートは、中国で実施している「ゼロ・コロナ政策」により突然閉鎖され、ゲストが中に閉じ込められたままとなりました。ゲストはウイルスの検査結果が陰性であれば、退場できますが、乗り物は引き続き運行されたので、中にとどまりたいゲストにとってはむしろ良かったかもしれません。

上海ディズニーでロックダウンが起きたのはこれが二度目で、前回は2021年の1月に3万人が閉じ込められました。
