Kumamoto has announced that it is launching a free online quiz about the activities of the prefecture’s popular bear mascot, Kumamon.
The 50-question test will be available for the months of November and December and people who score 80% or better will get a digital certificate.
The initiative is aimed at publicizing the area’s attractions, with the goal of boosting the number of domestic and overseas tourists.
