On the morning of the 7th, “Matsuba crab”, which has been lifted for fishing this season, was put up for the first auction at Tottori port, and the highest-class brand “Gokiboshi” fetched a high price of 1 million yen per crab. 

The price was higher than in 2021, partly due to expectations for increased tourism demand resulting from the “National Travel Assistance” and other measures. 

Matsuba crab fishing is until March 20, 2023.

今シーズンの漁（りょう）が解禁（かいきん）された「松葉ガニ」が11月7日朝、鳥取港で初競り（はつぜり）にかけられ、最高級ブランドの「五輝星（いつきぼし）」には、1匹100万円の高値（たかね）が付きました。

「全国旅行支援」などによる観光需要（かんこうじゅよう）の高まりへの期待感もあって、2021年を上回る高値となりました。

松葉ガニの漁は、2023年3月20日までです。
